I’ve long admired Stripe’s dedication to building high-quality products and upholding a high bar for execution. That comes through not just in the products, but in the people you hire and how you contribute to the industry — from Stripe Sessions and Stripe Press to bringing on Katie Dill, whose thinking I’ve often referenced in my own work. Hearing how much Justine enjoys working with the team made me want to be part of it too.

I’m a Design Systems Designer with 12+ years of experience in product and design, most recently leading the design of the Agoda Design System for the past 3.5 years.

Since joining the team, I’ve led the evolution of our system across three core tracks: foundations, process, and education. That’s meant reshaping our foundations to be accessible, brand-aligned, and flexible for white-label needs—and building the frameworks, tools, and rituals that help our teams do better work, faster.

More recently, I’ve been exploring how AI can reduce barriers between the system and the people who use it.

After 14 years in Asia and 8 years at Agoda, I’m planning to return to Europe and looking for a new challenge. I’m especially excited about this remote role in Spain — I have a network in Barcelona and a strong interest in joining a high-talent team where people push each other to do their best work.
