  • Unified Agoda’s Web and App systems into a cross-platform design system now adopted across all consumer-facing teams.

  • Secured senior leadership buy-in to establish ADS as the strategic foundation for product development, backed by a company-wide mandate.

  • Partner daily with PM and Engineering leads to shape ADS strategy, roadmap, and tooling — championing tighter collaboration between designers and developers.

  • Launched a bootcamp video course and centralized documentation platform to improve education and system adoption. Designer sentiment scores on documentation quality rose from 3.4 to 4.5 (out of 5) over six quarters.

  • Created a scalable prioritization framework for governing ADS intake — shared with the global design systems community and adopted by teams beyond Agoda.

  • Introduced org-wide peer reviews and a custom Figma Design Linter, elevating design quality and consistency across all product teams.

Highlights from Previous Roles

  • 2019–2020: Led the integration design of Japan’s largest travel agency into Agoda’s B2B platform, partnering with two other designers. Learned both systems in depth to design the foundation that now powers the agency’s entire online platform — delivered in under a year.

  • 2018–2019: Led the first design of Agoda’s hotel-facing performance dashboard, informed by research with 40+ hotel staff across Asia. Increased active users 6x and helped drive more partner promotions and revenue for Agoda.

  • 2016: Designed an accessible 3D apartment navigator to help home buyers explore and compare units, guided by user labs and rapid design sprints. Built to meet Norway’s pioneering accessibility laws, passing WCAG 2.0 AA. Rolled out across Scandinavia, ANZ, and the US.

  • 2012–2017: Led the migration of a proptech suite from Flash to HTML, redesigning internal tools and connecting 3D asset pipelines to project management systems. Improved usability, accessibility, and production efficiency across teams.
