Unified Agoda’s Web and App systems into a cross-platform, multi-brand design system adopted company-wide.
Secured leadership buy-in and a company mandate to adopt ADS across all customer-facing products.
Built a prioritization framework that aligns design work with business goals — shared with the community and adopted by teams across the industry.
Co-built a Figma linter plugin and introduced a peer-review process to improve org-wide design quality.
Established centralized docs and a bootcamp to scale ADS knowledge — raising designer satisfaction scores from 3.4 to 4.5 (out of 5).
Product & Design highlights
2019–2020: Co-led migration of Japan’s top travel agency to Agoda’s B2B system — reconciled local supply quirks for scalable, long-term integration. Launched on time; still in use.
2018–2019: Designed Agoda’s first hotel performance dashboard, informed by 40+ user interviews. 6× increase in monthly active users, boosting profitability through increase in promo activations.
2016: Created an accessible 3D apartment navigator — WCAG 2.0 AA compliant. Rolled out in Scandinavia, ANZ, and the US.
2012–2017: Led redesign and migration of proptech tools from Flash to HTML — including CMS, internal tools, and 3D asset pipelines.
